1. Waking up your body!

In this exercise, we awaken the nerve pathways and activate the cells in your body. Your life energy starts flowing, and you feel more vital. At the same time, this exercise allows you to release excess energy, tension, and stress.

Yes. What makes Sensual Yoga unique is that it is not about doing an exercise or achieving a particular result. It’s about learning to meet yourself completely in the moment, right where you are now.


I will never ask you to avoid or go beyond where you are at, but rather invite you to become very intimate with what is really alive in you in the moment. It is a gentle practice that also awakens your power. Not using hard, forceful power from the head, but strength and life energy that flows from within.

Is this program suitable for me if I have little or no yoga experience?
